A herd of goats has stormed the streets of a neighbourhood in San Jose, California, where they were being kept in a field behind one resident’s house. The goats apparently had to break through an electrified fence to gain access to the streets, and the sight of the enormous herd of goats roaming through the suburban neighbourhood has shocked the internet.”I’m dead,” Twitter user Zach Roelands tweeted when he posted the video on social media.

“When I got back from the store all the goats had broken through the fence and were recking [sic] havoc on our street.””This is the craziest thing to happen all quarantine.”In the video, a herd of over 200 goats can be seen running down a street and across other residents’ front yards, in some occasions attempting to get through gates and into other properties.According to Mr Roelands, the goats are regulars in the town as many people hire them to keep their lawns and fields well-tended as they eat the weeds and brush which helps to prevent fires.
