A US ex army sergeant Akeisha Norris has sued Young Dolph after she claims the video of her twerking to Dolph’s music got shared and went viral, which caused her fired and mental breakdown.

Apparently, this video was on it’s trend as of September 2018, and in the video Norris was seen dancing along to his track.

This seems to be because Dolphin took the video to his website in the lead-up to the release of Role Model.

And afterwards, she claims her superiors in the Army national Guard saw the clip and disciplined her.

She was relieved of her duty as sergeant while on active duty in Kuwait, and she was subsequently sent back to the United States.

According to her Lawyer, Keith Altman;

“Norris was called before her superior officers and disciplined, leading to a mental breakdown. As a result, she was sent back to the United States and dismissed from the military,”

Keith Altman furtherly added;

Following the suing of Dolph, after he posted her image without her consent. She is suing the rapper for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

She is also seeking punitive damages and compensatory damages for financial loss. She claims that Dolph humiliated her, caused mental anguish, and damaged her reputation.
